Terms and conditions

• By registering for a charity place with us you're agreeing that we can contact you about the relevant event by email, phone, text and mail.
• The registration fee paid to secure a charity place is non-refundable. This fee must be paid by you and cannot be taken from your sponsorship.
• By registering for a charity place you are committing to raise the stated sponsorship pledge by 2 months after the event date. This does not include any Gift Aid claimed against your sponsorship, nor does it include the event registration fee.
• You will be required to complete an event console to secure your place in the event. If this is not completed when requested you risk losing your place.
• You confirm to the best of your knowledge that your general state of health is good and you take full responsibility for your fitness in taking part. You absolve us from any injury, loss or damage caused through your participation in the event.
• Your charity place is non-transferable and you cannot give your place to someone else.
• You give us permission to use any photographs or video taken of you to raise awareness of and/ or money towards the charity’s work.
• When carrying out your fundraising you must not act in any way that would harm our reputation.
• All funds you raise through taking part in this event must be sent to the British Lung Foundation to support their work. You cannot use your place to fundraise for another charity.
